Daytona 200: Medical Update On M4 ECSTAR Suzuki’s Valentin Debise

M4 ECSTAR SUZUKI’S VALENTIN DEBISE CRASHES OUT WHILE LEADING THE DAYTONA 200

M4 ECSTAR Suzuki ‘s Valentin Debise crashed at high speed entering the dogleg on the 10th lap of the Daytona 200.

He was transferred directly to Halifax Medical Center where he was awake and alert.

After tests Debise was diagnosed with a compression fracture of the third lumbar vertebra. He is expected to make a full recovery.

Debise, who will be fitted for a brace, is scheduled to be released from the hospital this evening.
