MID-OHIO OPENS CLUB LEVEL ENTERTAINMENT OPTION FOR 2013
The Carousel Club will be located in the GoodYear Tower
LEXINGTON, OHIO (June 7, 2013) – Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is adding an all-inclusive hospitality experience for 2013, the track’s 52nd season.
Located on the 4th floor of the iconic GoodYear Tower, the Carousel Club will feature unparalleled views of the track’s famous turns and rolling hills. The Club is in a temperature-controlled environment and members park in a reserved area near the Tower. A Continental breakfast is served each day the club is open along with full beverage service, appetizers, hors d'oeuvres and lunch. The Club activity starts early each morning and it remains open until an hour after the final checkered flag of the day.
The Club is open during the peak days of Mid-Ohio’s four largest events:
· June 14-15; Diamond Cellar Classic
· July 13-14; Buckeye SuperBike Weekend pres. by Dunlop Tire
· August 3-4; The Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio
· August 16-17; Nationwide Children's Hospital 200
“We are really excited to add this to our hospitality options for 2013. It’s a great way for businesses to entertain smaller groups of clients or employees but also a great way for individual fans to upgrade their event experience,” said Mid-Ohio President Craig Rust.
Club memberships will be sold as season-long experiences, though a limited number of spots are available on an individual race basis. For more information or to order, call 800-MID-OHIO (643-6446) or visit midohio.com. Mid-Ohio opens its season on June 14-16 with the Diamond Cellar Classic featuring the GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series and Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge.
