Hear AMA Pro Racers Josh Hayes, Ben Young On The Radio Tonight

Tonight's Guests: Justin Barcia, Donnie Emler, Jr., Joey Savatgy, Josh Hayes, Ben Young, Dave Moss

Advance, North Carolina (June 4, 2013) - Motorcycle industry celebrities and insiders from the motorcycle world give their uncut opinions and stories.

Justin Barcia, 450 Supercross/Motocross - Honda Muscle Milk
Even though Barcia had raced the 450 on a part time basis before, 2013 is considered his rookie season in the premier class. This year he's scored a couple wins in Supercross and he's getting close to grabbing one in the Outdoor Series. This past weekend in Tennessee he was in the lead after grabbing the holeshot and finished a strong 2nd place in both moto's for second overall.

Donnie Emler, Jr., Marketing Director - FMF Racing
In addition to being one of the largest powersport aftermarket, performance exhaust systems manufacturer, FMF is also a huge sponsor and supporter of pretty much everything in motorcycle racing. In the past few weeks FMF announced that they would be teaming up with KTM as title sponsor to field AMA Rookie of the Year, Joey Savatgy for the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championships. FMF has been a longtime supporter of Savatgy's, going back to when he raced KTM 65's.

Joey Savatgy, 250 MX Pro - FMF/Orange Brigade/KTM Racing
Savatgy picked up a 12th overall this weekend at the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship at the Built Ford Tough Tennessee National. In the second moto he worked his way back to 12th place from dead last after a crash at the start. He is still locked in at 15th overall in the series. Savatgy was the AMA Supercross Rookie of the Year this past season and is making his debut in the Outdoor Motocross Series.

Josh Hayes, AMA Pro Racing SuperBike - Monster Energy Graves Yamaha
Hayes was back in full force at Road America this past weekend taking back-to-back wins. His results catapulted him back up in the standings after a disappointing start to the season in Daytona. Hayes is currently 4th in points as the series heads to the Triumph Superbike Classic at Barber Motorsports Park June 21 - 23 in Alabama. He has three AMA Pro SuperBike Championships in a row starting with his 2010 Championship. In addition he won the AMA Formula Xtreme Championships in 2006 and 2007 and the AMA SuperStock Championship in 2003.

Ben Young, AMA Pro Daytona SportBike - Fogi Racing
Even a hairline fracture in his left foot did not stop Ben Young from securing two great finishes at the AMA Pro Racing Subway SuperBike Doubleheader at Road America in Wisconsin. His finishes of 11th on Saturday and 10th on Sunday put him in 9th place overall in the series standings after three races. Despite weather conditions at Road America that were unseasonably cool and damp, Young was ready to get back to racing after the hiatus from the Daytona round back in March.
