Taylor Knapp, AMA Pro SuperBike - KTM HMC Racing
KTM recently announced the addition of Taylor Knapp to their AMA Pro Road Racing efforts. Knapp will be joining teammate Chris Fillmore for the 2013 season racing the KTM 1190 RC8 R. Knapp raced 14 rounds of the 2012 AMA Pro season in the superbike class and finished 14th overall recording 8 top ten finishes and one top five. His fulltime job is working as a district manager for Artic Cat. Rose has been racing as a club racer to two years working hard to get ready for AMA Pro Racing. He races for Mad Hatter Motorsports, a group of racers from Washington state committed to promoting a Northwest road racing.
Phillip Vlieger, Rider Coach/Instructor - Track Addix
Phillip has been a track instructor for NESBA in the past and with Track Addix for three years now. He's been riding motorcycles his whole life and doing track days for over twelve years. Pit Pass Radio's own Tony Wenck has had personal one-on-one instruction from Phillip and his instruction helped tremendously. We've had requests from our listeners to explain how they can get involved in track days so Phillip joins Pit Pass Radio in-studio to give an in-depth explanation on how easy it is.
Gavin Faith, 250 Supercross East - MotoConcepts Racing
For the past few years Gavin has lived at the Millsap's Training Facility to prepare himself for the Pro Motocross ranks. Last year he was selected to race on the GEICO Honda team as a fill in rider on the West Coast. He also raced on the JGRMX team on a 450 in four rounds.
This fall he raced the Australian Supercross series in the 250 class for the second year and won the championship. Now he's testing with MotoConcepts and is scheduled to race the East Coast Supercross series for them.
Cory Graffunder, Hare Scramble Champion/Endurocross - Husqvarna Team
Graffunder had a busy year winning the 2012 AMA Western Hare Scramble National Championship. He also picked up a podium at the 2012 X Games Endurocross with his third place finish; he placed 5th overall in the Endurocross Series. Graffunder was also runner up in the WORC's Pro2 class.
