GPtech has secured a wildcard grid spot in the Moto GP class at this year's Indianapolis Moto GP event.
GPtech contracted BCL Motorsports to design a frame and has partnered with Vesrah Suzuki/MCJ Motorsports as a technical partner on the project.
The frame is manufactured from billet aluminum and designed to accept a Suzuki GSXR 1000 engine.
The project has been in the works since January and quietly moving forward until a grid spot was guaranteed.
A short list of submitted acceptable riders is soon to follow.
