GAS AT PITTI VROOM TO CELEBRATE 15 YEARS OF SUCCESS WITH HONDA
Chiuppano, June 2013 – The upcoming Pitti Uomo will be totally devoted to the world of motor cycling, and GAS couldn’t miss this opportunity to celebrate in grand style the brand’s 15 years of partnership with the world’s leading motorcycle manufacturer, Honda and as sponsors of the Repsol Honda Team in the MotoGP premier class championship.
15 years of success, victories and some falls, all lived at full speed, “a tutto GAS”, with passion, grit, determination and the will to win - values and sentiments that the two companies and the team’s riders have in common, and which will be re-evoked on the walls of an entirely dedicated area in the GAS space at the Florence show.
Photos, mementos and memorabilia, including the suit Valentino Rossi won the 2002 World Championship in and the bike Dani Pedrosa ra ced on in 2012, will trace the most significant milestones of this adventure that began in far-off 1998 with Mick Doohan’s victory. Also on show in the dedicated area will be pieces of the team and HRC staff new uniforms, produced and distributed worldwide exclusively by GAS at official Honda dealers in Europe, in clothing stores in more than 30 countries across the world and with just a click for all fans on
Perfect fit, high-tech fabrics, cuts and details inspired by racing suits, full, bright colors and aggressive, appealing graphics that evoke the excitement of the racetrack are the standout features of a complete line that includes jackets, sweatshirts, shirts, polo shirts, t-shirts and pants. A perfect combination of comfort and style, which this year has been given a new look and completely restyled by Aldo Drudi, the Cattolica-based designer who is very much at home in racing circles.
