RECORD BREAKING SEELEY AND TYCO BMW REUNITED FOR NW200 CAMPAIGN

Tyco BMW are delighted to announce the return of Alastair Seeley to the team onboard the BMW S1000RR for their 2018 campaign at the Vauxhall International North West 200.

Seeley’s partnership with Tyco BMW follows an incredibly successful event in 2017, which saw the Ulsterman take his winning tally to a record-breaking 21 victories, over half of which have been aboard TAS-prepared machinery.

The Moneymore-based team are huge supporters of the prestigious 8.9-mile Northern Irish event and are determined to build on their previous successes, having celebrated 27 wins to date.

Philip Neill – Team manager: “Alastair feels like part of the family at TAS Racing and it is fantastic to have him on our Tyco BMW machines for another year at the NW200. A lot of his and our success at the event has been achieved together and we look forward to trying to add to that success in May”

Alastair Seeley: “I am really happy to be back with the Tyco BMW team for another year at the NW200 …. it feels like I’m part of the family, this will be our seventh year together at the triangle.

We start in a good place with last year’s settings and with new bike developments we hope to go even faster this year.

I’m looking forward to testing and getting back onboard the BMW S1000RR Superbike and Superstock bikes soon.”

The International North West 200 takes place from 13th – 19th May 2018 with Tyco BMW contending in both the Superbike and Superstock catagories. For more information please visit: www.northwest200.org
