TORONTO INTERNATIONAL SPRING MOTORCYCLE SHOW OPENS THE 2005 RIDING SEASON, APRIL 16th & 17th

February 15, 2005…. The 2005 Toronto International Spring Motorcycle Show kicks the riding season into high gear April 16th & 17th at the Toronto International Centre, 6900 Airport Road. Presented by SUPERSHOW Events, this is Ontario’s Spring Motorcycle Marketplace, now in its 16th year.

The Toronto Spring Motorcycle Show is a traditional season opener for motorcyclists at the beginning of the riding season as they prepare to get their bikes on the road. Vendors will have bargains on all types of riding apparel, accessories, new parts and hard to find used parts, as well as information on safety and rider training. Stage shows featuring Leather Fashions by Elaina’s On The Fringe’ and musical entertainment run both days of the show. Over 30 Clubs, Associations and Racetracks will be on hand to meet the public and present their “Summer 2005” activities. The Used Bike Market will bring out the deals on used bikes with a great selection of motorcycles of all types for sale by individual owners. The finest vintage, touring, off-road, racing and custom Showbikes will compete for over $15,000 in Cash & Awards, with a top prize of $3,500 for Best Bike in Show.

The Canadian Motorcycle Heritage Museum, The Ride for Sight, and the B.A.D. Ride have been named the Official Show Charities and the Brampton Motorcycle Association is the Host Club. Show hours are Saturday; 10am-9pm and Sunday; 10am-6pm. Admission is $12 for adults, youths 6 to 12 yrs $5 and children under 6 are free. Parking is free. Admission also includes a 1/2 price discount coupon to the Collector Car Auction going on at the same time at the International Centre.
