MWGP Sunday’s two heat race schedule was inspired by World Superbike.

NOTE: MWGP’s 2016 Rule book remains the same aside from the 2015 deleted classes. The changes that have been made are as follows below.

1. Sunday race grid positions will be determined by your Saturday all day and Sunday morning practice times.

2. MWGP’s new race configuration will allow our members to participate in the same races within the same day. There will be a Heat A and Heat B for ALL of the classes listed except for Formula 1 and Run What Ya Brung.

Example: If you race Open Superbike in Heat A, you can race the same race in Heat B. Which equals two races.

3. Trophies and sponsorship payouts will be awarded to the top 3 finishers by overall points accrued between Heat A & Heat B of the class you participated in.

4. Formula 1 will take place after Heat A rotation has been completed. Heat B (mirrored classes to Heat A) will take place after Formula 1 has finished.

5. Formula 1 has now been changed from 12 laps to 15. All other races have increased from 6 laps to 8, with the exception of RWYB which will remain a 4 lap race.

6. Great news! Formula 1 is now available to Pro AND Expert riders as long as they are within the required qualifying times.
