Dane Westby, AMA Pro Daytona SportBike – Geico Honda Westby opened the 2013 season with a nasty crash during practice for the Daytona 200 that injured his spleen. His activity has been seriously restricted for the past 8 weeks but he was recently cleared to race in the upcoming Road America event May 31 through June 2. Westby was the runner up in the 2012 Daytona SportBike Championship and finished inside the top ten in 18 out of his 19 starts. His next best overall in the Daytona SportBike class was in 2010. www.geicohonda.com/roadracing/ Henry Wiles, AMA Pro Flat Track – Lloyd Brothers Motorsports, Ramspar Wiles is currently 3rd overall in the AMA Pro GNC Flat Track results as he heads into the Springfield Mile event this weekend at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. It is early in the season but Wiles is 4th in the Expert Twins and 3rd in Expert Singles. He finished out 2012 in 6th overall in the combined results with his 10th in the Expert Twins and 3rd in Expert Singles.
