The race was red flagged on lap five when Jamie Hacking crashed in “The Kink” on lap five. Hacking was unhurt thanks to the Air Fence and able to make the re-start.

Gobert led the first part of the race, ran off the track on the second lap of the re-start, and came back to win the race.
