A Construction Progress Report From Chuckwalla Valley Raceway

As you know construction of CVR’s first track (GP Track) began early November 2009. Since then we have been making great progress. Month 2 has brought us our entrance road which is now fully graded and prepped for asphalt (all base material has been installed). The 250,000 square foot paddock as well as Hot Pit Lane have been cleared and the first cut of grading is complete. The utilities for these areas have been roughed-in as well. We do plan on having power and water in the Paddock area as well as having power at Hot Pit Lane. The track, itself, has also been rough cut in through Turn 8. Heading into Month 3 we will see the completion of grading the Paddock Area, Hot Pit Lane and the Track itself, Month 3 will also bring us preparation of all concrete areas, including Pit Wall, the roll curbs and the sidewalks. We invite you to continue to follow the completion of CVR on our Facebook Page, which is updated weekly, and sometimes daily, with photos and video footage, as construction progresses. And don’t forget you can always leave us tweet on Twitter at any time. Again, thanks to all for your continued support! The Team at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway
