From the time I was a young boy, I have been fascinated by motorcycles and racing. When I was 7, my father took me to a motorcycle show and there was a booth set up by Sideways Promotions. They were displaying info on Flat Track racing and this was the first time I realized I could race too! A few days later, my dad surprised me by buying me a Honda z50 and that was it…I was hooked! I went on to win some championships in Flat Track, but that wasn’t enough, I wanted to road race! When I was 11, my father and I were at NHIS (now known as New Hampshire Motor Speedway) and they were having a track day. I wanted to be on that track so bad, but I couldn’t because I wasn’t 14 yet. During lunch break, a local motorcycle shop, Moto-Market, offered to let me try a Honda RS 125 – from there it was all over! For the next few years, during lunch break on track days, I was allowed to ride on the race track – and I loved it! Finally, when I was 15, I was able to race with the other guys! I already had a head start from all those lunch break practices and I went on to win the 125 Grand Prix, Lightweight Sportsman, Super Singles and Ultra light Superbike championships! The following year I became a licensed pro in both Flat Track Racing and Road Racing.
2009 & 2010, I set and reset the NHMS track record on my 2008 Suzuki GSXR 1000 privateer bike.
In 2009, I was also the youngest person to ever win the Loudon Classic – the oldest road race in America.
For 2011, in the AMA American Superbike and XR 1200 classes, I placed 23rd overall and again won the Loudon Classic, leading all 14 laps.
For the 2012 season, I teamed up with MOB racing to race the AMA series. I am proud to say that I earned my first AMA victory this year at New Jersey Motorsports Park on a Harley XR1200!
