Old Bikes And Poetry: Author Ed Milich Plans Book Reading At Daytona During AHRMA Event

“Wrenched” Book Reading at Daytona Vintage Races, March 1 & 2, 2010 Motorcycle Author Ed Milich to host book reading from paddock space at Daytona. Ed Milich will perform selections from his book of motorcycle racing, wrenching and riding prose Wrenched: Man and Machine from his paddock space at Daytona International Speedway during the Daytona Bike Week Vintage Races on Monday and Tuesday March 1 and 2, 2010 during the noon lunch hour. During the readings, Milich will also debut material from his forthcoming 2nd book of motorcycle writing, Fueled, which will be released in Summer 2010. Spectators at Daytona International Speedway will be directed to Milich’s garage space via announcements at the track on both days of vintage racing. Copies of Wrenched will be available for purchase and signing after each reading. In March of 2009, Milich debuted Wrenched at the Daytona International Speedway Bike Week Vintage Races where he punctuated the release of his first book by winning four out of four vintage races. Milich has again committed to four Vintage Superbike races at Daytona in March 2010. He will attempt his fifth year in a row of vintage road racing victories at Daytona. Ed Milich is a Los Angeles based writer. Wrenched, Man and Machine documents his motorcycle racing, wrenching and riding experiences in largely unrhymed free verse. Milich recently completed three weeks of West Coast book touring in 2009 & 2010 with Mark Gardiner, author of Riding Man (www.ridingman.com) and Christina Shook, author of Chicks On Bikes (www.chicksonbike.us ).
