Motovid.com previews its 5th annual Broken Wing Benefit – All Levels Track Day Weekend festivities at Blackhawk Farms Raceway – Sep 3-4

(DELAVAN, WI) Bringing two-wheel excitement, motorcyclists and a good cause together, Motovid.com returns to Blackhawk Farms Raceway hosting it’s 5th annual Broken Wing Benefit in tandem with a SOLD OUT All Levels Track Day weekend presented by Hupy and Abraham S.C. and Southeast Sales Honda – KTM – Kawasaki Sep 3-4.

Since 2012, the Motovid.com Broken Wing Benefit has proudly raised $27,418.00 in total donations for the Roadracing World Action Fund (RWAF) to support the deployment of airfence units at its home track, Blackhawk Farms Raceway in Illinois. These units vastly improve safety for all motorcycling events at the facilities. Please consider helping Motovid.com maintain its support of the regionally deployed safety barrier units with a small donation. The 2016 Broken Wing Benefit activities for Saturday Sep 3 include: Motorcycle Precision Riding Demonstrations presented by Woodstock Harley – Davidson and Southeast Sales – Honda, live and silent auctions, donation dinner, music, contests and prizes!

Festivities begin at 6:00 p.m. sharp in the Blackhawk Farms Raceway Concessions Pavilion immediately following the Saturday All Levels Track Day sessions. Precision Riding Demonstrations will be held in the center paddock adjacent to the Concessions Pavilion. The Motovid.com Broken Wing Benefit is free, open to the general public. Dinner, participation in certain activities require an additional donation.

Broken Wing Pitbike – Scooter Olympics presented by Southeast Sales Honda – KTM – Kawasaki Sun Sep. 4 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. during lunch

Think you got skills on your pitbike or scooter? Try the same precision course used by the professional instructors during the Broken Wing Demonstration and compete against the clock for the best time thru the course. Be the first to secure the title of Broken Wing Pitbike & Scooter Olympics Champion presented by Southeast Sales Honda – Kawasaki. This program requires separate waiver, entry fee and restrictions. Participants must be 16 years or older with a scooter or pit bike, < 125cc. All proceeds go towards the Broken Wing Benefit.

In addition to the SOLD OUT All Levels Track Days on Labor Day weekend, Motovid.com offers a performance riding clinics each day.

For street riders, the Motovid.com Real World Speed Street Skills riding clinic brought to you by Hupy and Abraham S.C. is scheduled on Saturday Sep. 3rd. Learn safe street riding skills in a controlled setting at REAL WORLD SPEED!

Then, Sun. Sep 4th, Motovid.com holds a Sport Riding 101 : Introduction to Track Riding course brought to you by Southeast Sales – Kawasaki. Learn safe, track riding fundamentals and performance riding techniques.

Each Motovid.com performance riding course is designed specifically for its participant’s desired application, street or track, ultimately, improving performance thru rider education with dedicated staff, maintaining 3:1, student to coach ratio, classroom and exercises specific to each curriculum.

Real World Speed Street Skills program is designed to help street riders of all levels gain confidence in their motorcycles, improve fundamentals and safe riding techniques at real world speeds in a closed circuit environment. Sport Riding 101 is designed for the novice level rider interested in track days, understanding the dynamics of track riding, and improving their street and sport riding skills. Students learn track safety, basic body position, vision, throttle control techniques. Topics include: Understanding the feedback loop, dealing with lean angles at speed, corner entry, braking/shifting techniques and track riding safety. Interested in test riding a new motorcycle on a race track? Motovid.com Lunchtime Demo Rides are back BOTH DAYS this weekend!

Demo rides will be offered on Labor Day weekend during lunchbreak, presented by Moto Union of Milwaukee’s Ducati & MV Agusta and Woodstock KTM – Triumph.

This exciting demo ride program is available to all participants utilizing a dedicated session held during lunch break so riders do not lose any track time from their assigned group session to participate. Riders are joined by a team of Motovid.com instructors and manufacturer staff, available before and after the experience to assist participants with any questions. Varying Ducati, Harley-Davidson, MV Agusta and Triumph models will be offered to test ride with very limited availability.
