Nice day out at the new FMX compound a group of friends and I are working on. Although the ramp is only at 60ft still because the down ramp is in need of building up, I still was able to get back to doing my double grabs, which was the first time since my injury (my left arm was in 5 pieces!). I did a few different variations including Indian Airs, have been working on cliffhangers too. Up to my previous fitness level and got my bike sorted so it's time to step it up a notch!
