Recipe (adapted from @karenakatrina)
1 banana, mashed
2 scoops protein powder (@designer_whey)
1 tbs almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
Blueberries or chocolate chips or both
Mash banana with almond milk then add remaining ingredients. Spray pan with coconut oil and heat to med-low. Add batter and cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook other side. Serve with berries or anything else - get creative!
