Matt Arnold says:
Awesome track I ride there once or twice a week. They always add more awesome things to it and very well maintained. Also the track crew and staff are very nice. The jumps there are very safe, fun, and big because they are table tops. They also split the track time up in:
Minis-20 minutes
Beg. and Vets-20 minutes
Pros- 20 minutes
The Good:
Everything
The Bad:
Nothing
Tips:
Have fun
James Smith says:
I like the track good and watered.
The Good:
They are split into classes so big bikes won't be mixed with mini's and advanced and begginner riders won't get mixed
The Bad:
Some riders are jerks, if you don'y like ruts i'd find a new place.

408MX is an awesome track if you want to learn big jumps, deep ruts and have an all around great time! Track is designed so that all skill levels can have fun.
The Good:
Very well maintained by the great track crew. And they always change it up.
The Bad:
It's only bad if you don't like deep ruts.
Tips:
Being right in San Jose it's an easy drive and open 4 days a week.
HSST Road Show says:
Awesome track, one of san jose's most popular! Lots of members there too, check it out!
RJ Kraus says:
I didn't get a chance to ride unfortunately, but got to check it out today with the Hookit Spots & Sessions crew. The place is so sick! Ralph and his team keep it in tip top shape. They change the layout pretty often, which is cool - it's not too common.

The best part - it's pretty much in the middle of San Jose and you can ride there 4 days a week.
The Good:
Track layout gets changed up often
The Bad:
Not a ton of elevation change, but that's ok
Tips:
Be ready to rail some ruts
