Wasserman Media Group To Manage Global Marketing Of MotoGP

Dorna Sports, the exclusive holder of the MotoGP World Championship commercial and television rights, has appointed Wasserman Media Group (WMG) to manage global marketing opportunities for its marquee racing events. Through the agreement, WMG will offer preferred brands an opportunity to partner with MotoGP, the world’s most popular and prestigious motorcycle racing series, for the first time ever. Led by WMG Marketing President, Jeff Knapple, Wasserman Media Group will represent Dorna and its MotoGP proposition to marketers on a global basis. Jeff Slack, Executive Vice President, European Sales will front the efforts in that territory. “For marketers and audiences alike, MotoGP is categorically one of world’s most valuable yet untapped global platforms.
