STUMP to SUBSTITUTE for JAMES on JAMES GANG/HOBAN
BROTHERS XR1200 at BARBER
Waukesha, Wisc. – Eric Stump will substitute for Paul
James on the James Gang/Hoban Brothers Racing XR1200 during the AMA
Pro Racing Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson race at Barber Motorsports Park
this weekend. James suffered a concussion, four broken ribs and a broken
scapula as a result of a crash at Road America during the AMA Pro Racing
“I was really hoping to be recovered and ready to race
at Barber,” said James. “But I’m still pretty beat up and Barber is a very
physically demanding track. I didn’t want to miss the chance to work with
our VETMotorsports wounded vet crewman, and I heard Eric was looking
for a ride, so it feels like a win for both of us.”

Harley-Davidson Series points. “I’m just really looking forward to being part
of the Gang this weekend," said Stump.
