Strider CupÂ® Returns to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca
Young Cyclists to Compete Alongside Their Heroes
MONTEREY, Calif., June 25, 2012 Balance, coordination and confidence all develop naturally when children experience group play and friendly competition. The Strider CupÂ® can be just that venue for learning.
The Strider Cup returns to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca on Sunday July 29 during the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix, part of the MotoGP World Championship July 27-29.
Strider Cup races allow toddlers ages two to five the opportunity to compete at events across the country. The $10 entry fee includes race entry, a Strider number plate, Strider t-shirt, Strider Cup medal for the top finishers in each age class (2, 3, 4 and 5 year olds) and ribbons for all participants. Pre-register at StriderSports.com and the first 50 registrants will receive two Sunday general admission tickets to the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix -- a $110 value and the second 50 registrants will receive one Sunday general admission ticket.

Before the Strider race, the whole family can enjoy the Strider experience at the Adventure Zone from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday up until 10:30 a.m. at which time the Adventure Zone become the Strider Cup race course. The Adventure Zone allows Toddlers to test ride their favorite Strider bike while they play, learn and socialize, all while on two wheels.
The Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix is a family friendly atmosphere that provides nonstop action on and off the track. The Yamaha Marketplace offers an unparalleled experience with activities that include Experience Zero Motorcycle Demos, Yamaha Kids Riding Area and the Strider Adventure Zone.
