Copyright 2001, Roadracing World Publishing, Inc.<BR><BR>Josh Hayes destroyed his second Suzuki GSX-R in two weeks when he crashed on the third lap of 600cc practice at Road Atlanta Saturday morning.<BR><BR>Hayes hit a shaded portion of the racetrack in turn two and got tossed over the front of the fairing. The motorcycle, still on two wheels, ran over Hayes and then ghost-rode down the track, ramming a wall in the esses. The impact pushed the front wheel through the radiator.<BR><BR>Ambient temperature at the time was about 45 degrees F.<BR><BR>Hayes was uninjured.<BR>
