SUPER-SPEED THRUXTON SET FOR SCINTILLATING MOTORPOINT BRITISH SUPERSPORT RACES
The scintillating Motorpoint British Supersport Championship returns to Thruxton this weekend (12/13/14 April) as Gearlink Kawasaki’s Alastair Seeley holds the position at the top of the standings after the opening round last weekend.
Seeley was victorious on his return to the Championship and with a hard-fought podium in the Sprint race holds the top spot in the overall standings, but Billy McConnell (Smiths Racing Triumph), Ben Wilson (Gearlink Kawasaki) and defending champion Glen Richards (Smiths Racing Triumph) are all going to be pushing hard for the victories.
Former champion Stuart Easton celebrated his return with an impressive victory for Mar-Train Yamaha last weekend and after a crash in the Feature race is eager to bounce back this weekend. Samsung Honda’s Jason O'Halloran is eager to make amends after his crash at the season opener as he prepares to close in on his title rivals in Hampshire.
