Copyright 2002, Roadracing World Publishing, Inc.<BR><BR><BR>Jason DiSalvo topped a ferocious battle with defending champion Jimmy Moore to win the Superstock race at Road America, with Mike Smith a close third.<BR><BR>The race was originally red-flagged on the third lap when Rich Conicelli crashed out of third place and slid into the haybales outside the ultra-fast Kink.<BR><BR>Conicelli was seen walking around after the crash.<BR><BR>Crews worked to replace the haybales and check Air Fence deployment in the corner.<BR><BR>The race was run as a complete 10-lap restart and immediately saw DiSalvo, Moore and Smith move to the front.<BR><BR>Craig Connell crashed out, apparently after contact with Adam Fergusson.<BR><BR>Polesitter Chris Ulrich ran off the track on the second lap and finished 16th.<BR><BR>Results<BR>(All Suzuki GSX-R750 unless noted)<BR>1.
