Tommy Aquino, the winner of the penultimate AMA Pro Daytona SportBike race of the 2011 season, will race in the final two rounds of the CEV/Spanish Moto2 National Championship.
Aquino, age 19, will race a Harris-framed machine for the Wilmax Racing Team this coming weekend at Valencia and again November 19-20 at Jerez, according to an e-mail from his father, Tom Aquino, Sr.
Tommy Aquino rode for the Y.E.S./Pat Clark Motorsports/Graves Yamaha team in 2011, but he does not have a ride confirmed for the 2012 season, according to his father.
