American Flat Track Renews Partnership With Öhlins USA For 2018

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (February 28, 2018) – American Flat Track (AFT) is proud to announce that Öhlins USA will continue its partnership with the series for a third consecutive season in 2018.

The global motorsport suspension powerhouse will again present the “Öhlins Fastest Lap Award” to worthy AFT Twins presented by Vance & Hines competitors at all 18 rounds on the 2018 season slate.

Founded in 1976 and a world champion by 1978, Öhlins has won more than 300 world titles its illustrious history, including triumphs in MotoGP, IndyCar, MXGP, World Superbike, World Rally Championship, and much more. The Swedish suspension manufacturer demonstrated its intense commitment to American Flat Track with the creation of the ILX36 rear shock, which is specifically tailored to the unique demands of professional Flat Track racing.
