Traxxion Dynamics AK-Gas Cartridges Complete Testing, Now Available to Public

Traxxion Dynamics is proud to announce the public release of the world’s first and only gas-charged “Supersport Legal” fork cartridge set, dubbed the “AK-Gas Cartridge System”. The new kit will bolt into stock inverted motorcycle fork casings, using the stock bottom bolts, and the stock fork caps, making it legal in virtually every racing organization, all over the world.

The final production version of the AK-Gas Cartridges have been rigorously tested by selected professional racers in several countries around the world, and have been overwhelmingly approved by the testers. Two weeks ago, at the WERA Grand National Finals, Vesrah Suzuki rider Lee Acree used the AK-Gas Cartridges to win the hotly contested Suzuki GSXR1000 Cup Final, and to set the absolute fastest lap of the entire week’s events two races later in the Formula One National Challenge race.

According to Acree, “Anyone who has raced at Road Atlanta in the last couple of years knows how rough the pavement has become”¦especially through the esses and turns 5, 7, and 12. The main thing I can tell you about the AK-Gas is that they just made the bumps totally disappear allowing me to ride at maximum effort through these sections that are crucial to turning fast laps at Road Atlanta. It was absolutely incredible. If you didn’t know the bumps were there, you would swear the pavement was brand new. It made a huge difference in my confidence through the roughest areas of the track.”

Vesrah Suzuki Team Owner Mark Junge had the following comments. “I was actually the first person to try the prototypes a year ago. They were good out of the box, but the improvements that took place over last winter before I got my first set of production grade parts was really amazing. The fit, finish, quality, and performance are absolutely world class. Max had me race with them all year, to ensure they would be reliable before he released them to the public. I haven’t had a single problem, and they have worked flawlessly the whole time.”

Traxxion Dynamics’ President Max McAllister is pleased the product is ready for sale. “Our goal was to get this product to market in time for the start of the 2006 racing season. Since this is such a major leap forward in front suspension technology, I decided to hold back, and let a small group of testers really rack up some miles on the new cartridges before we released them to the public. To see Lee Acree use the new cartridges to help take the Suzuki 1000 Cup was quite a thrill.

“All of our components are manufactured in the USA at our in-house CNC Machine Center, which went online 100% in June of 2006. There has been no corner cut in the quality or production techniques that have made this product. Now that any rider can purchase the AK-Gas, it will be the first time motorcycle racers all over the world can have a supersport legal fork kit that far exceeds anything a factory-backed rider will have. We think that is pretty cool.”
