Super Dave’s Race with Vintage Bikes

Dave Rosno will bring his racing program, Super Dave’s Race Against Childhood Cancer, to the AHRMA Vintage Motorcycle Road Races on March 1st & 2nd at Daytona International Speedway.

Rosno will be riding a Team Hansen Honda 1967 CB450 in 500 Premier and a Jeff Moyer owned Kawasaki H1 triple in Formula Vintage, AHRMA’s open class.

Following several years racing the AMA circuit from 1989 to 1994, “Super” Dave raced vintage motorcycles for various builders, winning three championships and several races. In 2002, riding a Worldmotorcycles.com Honda CR750, Dave convincingly won Formula 750 and Formula Vintage with unofficial lap times in the 2:06 range. That time was apparently the fastest “vintage” times recorded at the Speedway.

Super Dave’s Race Against Childhood Cancer will focus their program on the Formula USA series. The program’s aim is to raise awareness about pediatric cancer and to raise funds for Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer, the MACC Fund.
