This off-season we’re running a series showing your motorcycles. Not just your road racing bikes, but your streetbikes, motocross bikes, dirt bikes, pit bikes, mini bikes, trials bikes, land-speed bikes, drag bikes, speedway bikes, whatever you’ve got. If you have more than one bike, send photos of them all–alone or with you! Send in-focus bike photos (as jpeg files) along with the make, model and year of each bike and your name, city and state, plus the name of the photographer, to [email protected]. By sending us the photos, you are certifying that you own the rights to the photos and are giving us permission to feature them on roadracingworld.com. They may be posted on roadracingworld.com during slow news days.

Seen here in our ninth installment are photos sent in by racer Ralph Daugherty, age 68, of Knoxville, Tennessee. “The first bike is a 1995 YZF/FZR660 Superbike,” writes Daugherty. “In its current form it makes 117 horsepower. I built it after reading an article in a magazine that they built a similar bike. It has a 2mm stroke using an FZR crank with Carillo rods and some other parts. The pic is from 2011 at Road Atlanta where I was taking part in the Historic Moto Gran Prix (HMGP) and was taken by my wife.

“The second bike is my 2000 KX250 that I won the 2014 +50 Motocross Championship at I-40 MX track here in Knoxville, Tennessee. Pic was taken by Karen Montgomery, the track photog. I am 68 years young.

“The third bike is my 1999 GSX-R750, also at Road Atlanta in 2011. Pic again by my wife.

“I am originally from Florida, but now live in Knoxville. I started MX racing in 1968 and road racing in 1983. We ran the original EBC Endurance series from 1985 till it ended. In 1991 I built a FZR600 for John Choate and we finished the 1991 AMA 600cc Supersport Series in sixth position. I raced off and on until 2005 when I moved to Tennessee and then occasionally in the HMGP Series run by Bill Brown.”
