SBS Celebrates Its Road Racing Success In America During 2016

Reading, PA – SBS is proud to announce that our 2016 race results; well, kicked butt! SBS had 20 riders pull down an amazing 60+ Championships during the season, with Gary Virgin winning 16 WERA Championships alone. In addition, 11 racers won more than one Championship and 7 Championships were won on American built Buell and EBR motorcycles. Here is the breakdown:

-Jackson Blackmon won the Yamaha R3 Cup and Ashton Yates came in second

-Mark Heckles won the ASRA Sportbike Championship

-Brad Burns won two WERA National Championships

-Geoff May, Stefano Mesa, Drew Jankord, Chris Broome, Stephen Tsotsoros and Rayce Christiansen all won four or more Championships

-Geoff May took pole position and finished second in the Daytona 200

-Stefano Mesa won the CCS Florida overall #1 plate for the third year in a row

-Travis Wyman finished third in Moto America Superstock 600

-AMA Pro Flat Track, Jake Johnson finished fourth in the GNC1 class and Tristan Avery third in GNC2
