FIRST PERSON/OPINION:

Factory Development Rider Experience

Two Fischer MRX’s live at Lindemann Engineering. One, Wave, is new with zero miles. The other, Particle, is a gentleman’s trackday/racebike. The goal of this project is to develop these bikes into fun track bikes. A new sponsor is being sought.

We could sell the bikes and all the extra stuff, including new forks, engine, race bodywork, wheels, etcetera, etcetera. But what we’d like to do is find someone who loves the idea and wants to join the project.

The ideal person would live close enough to Lindemann Engineering to visit the shop and ride at nearby tracks like Auto Club Speedway, Willow Springs, Chuckwalla Valley Raceway and Buttonwillow Raceway Park or be willing to travel here. A full-size adult would be best as the MRX is a tall bike. You don’t need great development skills, as we can teach you how by sending you out on a different bike with known changes and teach you the what and why of chassis set-up. But you do need to be mature and enjoy working to find solutions. You will need some spending money.

For more information, you can see the project’s progress on the LE Blog. Contact Ed Sorbo at Lindemann Engineering, le-suspension.com
