New Michelin Trackside Provider for Moto West Grand Prix

Scott Tillery with R.Tillery Powersports Is now the authorized trackside service provider for Michelin motorcycle race tires in the Moto West Grand Prix (MWGP) series. Scott brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the area. We are very happy to welcome Scott into our group.

A few words from Scott:

“After being in business for nine years (since 2006), having the opportunity to offer trackside support with Michelin tires gives RTillery Powersports the ability to expand further into racing and trackday services. The reason I opened a shop in the first place was to have the ability to be at the track where and when it was necessary to be involved with racing (Most bosses don’t let you just take off on your own accord to a race). So I’m happy to be able to spend more time at the track again. After winning the Formula One Championship and Open Superbike Championship with Moto West Grand Prix in 2013 on Michelins I decided to take a bit of time off to get others inspired to race and/or ride at the track. Mission accomplished… I should be joined by some of those guys at the MWGP series that we’ll be servicing.

“After spending the last three years riding on Michelins we were very happy to get the option to sell the same rubber we’ve been using. It certainly makes it easier to promote and service a product that you’ve gained confidence in by running it yourself. I’m stoked on being able to race again this season and hope that the ability to feel out the conditions at each event will help me provide each customer the right tire for the job.”
