4th annual Motovid.com Labor Day Broken Wing Benefit raises another $7,000.00 for Roadracing World Action Fund supporting air fence deployments at Blackhawk Farms Raceway

(Delavan WI) With another fantastic turnout and support from the motorcycling community, Motovid.com’s fourth annual Broken Wing Benefit held Saturday, September 5th continued its three-year pace delivering another $7,000.00 in committed donations bringing total raised for airfence deployments at Blackhawk Farms Raceway thru the Roadracing World Action Fund to $27,418.00 since inception. Motovid.com established The Broken Wing Benefit for the purpose of deploying, managing and maintaining airfence at Blackhawk Farms Raceway through the Roadracing World Action Fund in 2012.

To kick start the 2015 Broken Wing, activities began immediately following the Motovid.com All Levels Track Day with a Red Hot Wings & Dogs Donation Dinner presented by Land Of Frost & Buffalo Wild Wings | Beloit alongside donated PEPSI based soft drinks & bar brought to you by Blackhawk Farms Raceway. Although for two-time Hot-Wing Eatin champion Mark Meyrose, the donation dinner was just the beginning. Gridded up against seven other hungry competitors looking to unseat the champ, Mark sat down to face 25 of the hottest wings possible in the Incredibly-Hot-Wing Eatin Contest – fueled by Buffalo Wild Wings | Beloit. For the third year in a row, Meyrose dominated the competition by devouring his entire plate of allocated wings with no water or release. Strike another win and constant belly ache for the current Hot-Wing Eatin champ Mark Meyrose with a season of Motovid.com track days @ BFR in 2016 to ease the pain.

After the Incredibly-Hot-Wing Eatin Contest – fueled by Buffalo Wild Wings | Beloit cooled down, a live auction finished the evening with many unique donated items sold to the highest bidder to help drive the Motovid.com Broken Wing total raised to $7,000.00 for 2015.

“Thank you to everyone who came out in support of motorcycle safety with the Broken Wing and help make our fourth year of the benefit such a success” said Kathleen Casey, Motovid.com owner. “With these results we will see next generation air fence deployments improving track safety for all future two wheel events at Blackhawk Farms Raceway thanks to you and all who participated.” Casey added.
