Motovid.com bringing two-wheel events back to the Milwaukee Mile after a 28 year hiatus starting with its Real World Speed Street Skills rider education program in June

(DELAVAN, WI) Since 1903, The Milwaukee Mile has hosted nearly every form of motorsports competition with auto-racing events held each year, making it the oldest continuously operating auto racing facility in the world. Unfortunately for the motorcycling community, the last time the Milwaukee Mile hosted a two-wheel event was July 1988 with the WERA road racing series.

Now, after a 28 year hiatus, Motovid.com is making two-wheel history by hosting its Real World Speed Street Skills clinic on the Milwaukee Mile road course. Together with support from its sponsors, partners and dedicated staff, Motovid.com is re-establishing motorcycle events at the historic facility’s road course beginning with its Real World Speed Street Skills riding education program brought to you by Hupy and Abraham S.C. on Monday, June 27th.

“It has been quite an undertaking bringing all the necessary pieces together allowing Motovid.com to host an event at the Mile” said Kathleen Casey, owner Motovid.com. “I want to personally thank Hupy and Abraham S.C., Southeast Sales Honda Kawasaki KTM, Moto Union’s Ducati & MV Augusta, and Woodstock Harley-Davidson for their direct efforts towards making this event a reality. Along with our staff, Andrew Schmidt and his team at the Milwaukee Mile and the Roadracing World Action Fund for all their help with safety barrier requirements. Our collective vision has finally come to fruition and everyone at Motovid.com is very excited to finally bring motorcycles back to Mile!” Casey added.

Attorney Jason Abraham, Managing Partner of Hupy and Abraham, S.C. , is excited to continue the law firm’s tradition of supporting the riding community. “We are so proud to be sponsoring MotoVid’s Real World Speed Street Skills. I’m so glad to see motorcycles coming back to the Milwaukee Mile. Continuing education and rider awareness are top priorities for us, and we are honored to be a part of this groundbreaking program while making history at the Mile.”

“The State Fair Park is excited to have motorcycles on the Mile again and hope to build on our relationship with Motovid.” said Andrew Schmidt, Associate Event Services Director, Wisconsin State Fair Park.

The Real World Speed Street Skills brought to you by Hupy and Abraham, S.C. is offered to any rider with their own street motorcycle, his or her DOT motorcycle endorsement and is very limited. To participate and be a part of this historic event, riders should go to the sign up page: http://www.motovid.com/product/real-world-speed-s…
