That Beach Boy Does The Double As JD Wins MotoAmerica Supersport Race 2 At Barber Motorsports Park; Seven Yamahas In The Top Ten

Birmingham, AL – June 14, 2015 – For the second day in a row, Yamalube/Y.E.S./Graves rider JD Beach surfed the 2.38-mile, 17-turn road course at Barber Motorsports Park aboard his #95 Yamaha YZF-R6 to win MotoAmerica Supersport Race 2. Also for the second day in a row, JD diced with Wheels In Motion/MotoSport.com/Meen Yamaha R6 rider Josh Herrin, who finished a close second in Sunday’s race. JD’s teammate Garrett Gerloff finished fourth to match the fourth-place result that he got in Saturday’s Supersport Race 1.

“I’m extremely excited!” JD said. “All these guys are riding so hard, and I think we’ve all turned it up a notch this season. I worked really hard this winter, and so did my entire Yamalube/Y.E.S./Graves team. To finally have all that work pay off is awesome.”
