David Docktor, Motorcycle Marketing Manager- Yamaha Motor Corp
After being with Yamaha for over 8 years, David has a great concept of Yamaha’s rich history in racing, customer loyalty, and has a good idea of the direction the company is headed. He joins Pit Pass to enlighten us on the future of the brand with the tuning fork logo.
Blake Young, AMA Pro Racing – GN Gonzales Racing
Blake Young finished 8th at the Laguna Seca round and is currently in 11th overall in the standings for the AMA Pro Daytona SportBike class. His best finish this year was in front of his hometown fans at Road America where he snagged a 6th. In 2013 he raced in select MotoGP Rounds and in 2012-2011 he finished second overall in the AMA Pro Racing SuperBike class.

Benny Carlson, Suburban Motors/H-D/Bell Helmets
Laguna Seca was not the best round for Carlson in the 2014 XR1200 Series. He landed a 5th place finish which keeps him in 3rd overall in the series as they head to Mid-Ohio this coming weekend. In 2013 he finished in 5th overall and in 2012 he was runner-up in 2ndplace in the XR1200 Series. Carlson is a multi-time AMA Pro Supermoto Unlimited Champion.

Justin Bogle, 250 Pro Motocross – GEICO Honda
This year in Supercross Justin won the 250SX East Coast series, his first Supercross career title. Now half way through the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship (Outdoors) he sits 4th in points. He had a good ride last weekend at Budd’s Creek with 4-5 finishes.
Josh Strang, GNCC XC1- Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Racing
Strang’s having a good year with mostly podiums in the XC1 class. His best finish came at the Wiseco John Penton round 8 in Ohio where he scored the runner up spot. The Australia native was the 2010 XC1 Champion. The GNCC series resumes on September 6th at the famous Unadilla Raceway in upstate New York.

David Wilkins, Chapter President- Mid-Iowa Star Chapter 210 (Yamaha)
Star Touring and Riding is an international motorcycle organization with a goal of promoting interests of motorcycling and developing relationships with the general public. David is the local Chapter President and an in-studio guest at Pit Pass.
