​More On Former Isle Of Man TT Winner Shaun Harris Seriously Injured In Crash During Race In New Zealand (Updated Again)

New Zealander Shaun Harris, a two-time winner at the Isle of Man TT who spent some time racing in the U.S. with WERA, was seriously injured when he crashed during a New Zealand Superbike Championship event January 23 at Timaru International Motor Raceway, near Timaru, New Zealand.

According to media reports from New Zealand, 52-year-old Harris suffered a high side crash and was transported by helicopter to a hospital in Christchurch, New Zealand, where he remains in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Harris’ injuries could not be confirmed at post time.
