Ex-Congressman Janklow Seeks Early Release From Jail In Biker Manslaughter Case

Former Congressman Bill Janklow is seeking early release from jail while his lawyers appeal his manslaughter conviction in the August 16 death of motorcyclist Randy Scott.

His appeal apparently will be heard by judges Janklow appointed while serving as Governer of South Dakota.
