Californian Farris To Race In AMA Pro SuperSport For Jon Block Group And Meen Motorsports

Jon Block Group sponsored rider Wyatt Farris to ride for Meen Motorsports in 2013 Campbell, Ca (January 17, 2013) – Meen Motorsports is proud to announce a new addition to the Meen Motorsports team, for the 2013 AMA season, up and coming 2012 AFM and WERA champion Wyatt Farris. Farris will pilot the Meen team’s 2013 Yamaha YZF-R6 in the AMA Supersport Series. With extensive success at the local club level, the 18-year-old Farris has achieved a total of 27 podiums, 10 of those first place finishes. For the 2012 season, he placed 1st in the AFM 600 Superbike class and 1st in the WERA C Superstock class, amongst other notable accolades, earning him 1st in the California State Middleweight Championship. Farris comments, “I am very happy about the opportunity Meen Motorsports is giving me for the 2013 race season. I realize the challenges I have ahead of me and I look forward to working hard, training for all the new tracks I will be racing at. I am also eager to be working with the Jon Block Group again this season. They have been a positive force in my racing career and it will be great to have their support as I work alongside the Meen Motorsports crew.” Meen Motorsports team owner Ameen Sajjadi states, “I have always had my eye on Wyatt, watching his talent develop.
