Apex Manufacturing is excited to announce that owner, Richard Harris, has been asked to join Team RMU MOTO to act as Crew Chief to young racer, Damian Jigalov.

Richard will be joining Damian in the final round of the CIV Series PreMoto3 at Mugello in Italy.

Of the decision, Damian explains “Richard has so many years of racing experience and knows my riding style! He is a big part as to why our Woodstock/ApexMfg KTM 390 Cup Bike has so many wins in the United States”.

Richard continued with “Damian and I have a great trackside connection. I know we can work together to achieve what the team wants, and that’s to be at the top of the box.”

Richard Harris is owner of Apex Manufacturing, Sportbike Track Time, Sportbike Tire Service, and Talladega Gran Prix Raceway. Richard has been racing himself since 1999 and mentoring young riders since 2006. In 2014 he served as AMA Crew Chief for Triumph Racing’s Jason DiSalvo, bringing in a win at Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course.

Currently, he is Crew Chief for Team Hammerhead with Jim Blasius and Joe Blasius, which leads several WERA National Challenge and regional classes.
