Andre Ochs Earns 2012 AMA Sports Road Race Horizon Award At Daytona

Andre Ochs, a 16-year-old from Fallbrook, California, has earned the prestigious 2012 AMA Sports Road Race Horizon Award after his two-win performance during the AMA Grand Championships October 20-21 at Daytona International Speedway.

Riding his Outlaw Racing Yamaha YZF-R6, Ochs won both the SuperSport 600cc and SuperBike 600cc races by narrow margins over his 16-year-old teammate Daytona Anderson.
