If this communication has been sent to you in error, please notify us immediately. I am very sorry for the embarrassment this mail might cause you as we never seen or met before, but please read. It is my pleasure to write and inform you of a transaction involving the transfer of US $25,5 Million (Twenty Five Million Five Hundred US Dollars) into a foreign Account for safe keeping pending on my arrival for sharing.

I am Mr. Wang Qin credit officer (International Banking & Investment Sector) of the Hang Seng Bank Ltd. I have a concealed business suggestion for you. The Hang Seng Bank Ltd is one of Hong Kong’s top three commercial banks. It was established in 1961 by a consortium of five international banks to take over the banking business carried on in Hong Kong since 1949 by the British and French Bank Limited. Banks, finances, stocks, bonds, shares, houses, merchants, businesses, and investments.

Before the U.S and Iraqi war, our client General Ibrahim Moussa who was with the Iraqi forces and also businessman made a numbered fixed deposit for 18 calendar months, with a value of Twenty Five Millions Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars only in my branch. Upon maturity several notice was sent to him, even before the war. Again after the war another notification was sent and still no response came from him. And he also confided in me the last time he was at my office that no one outside the Bank institution knew of his deposit with my bank. So, Twenty Five Millions Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars is still lying in my bank and no one has ever come forward to claim it.

What bothers me most is that according to the laws of my country at the expiration 3 years the funds will revert to the ownership of the Hong Kong Government if nobody applies to claim the funds.

Against this backdrop, I wish to present you as a foreigner to stand as the next of kin to Gen.Ibrahim Moussa so that the funds he deposited in our Bank will be transferred to your Bank Account as his next of Kin.

I want you to know that I have worked out all plans to achieve this goal. will use my good office and with the help of an attorney to secure all the legal internal documentations to back up the claims. The whole procedures will last for few working days to get the fund remitted successfully without trace even in future. Your response is only what I am waiting for, as soon as this message comes to you kindly get back to me indicating your iinterest then I will furnish you with the whole procedures to ensure that the project is successfully concluded; for your assistance I have agreed to give thirty percent (30%) of the total sum at the end of the transaction.
