American and New Jersey native Anthony Mazziotto III gets invitation to the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup tryouts in Spain. Evolution Racing is very proud to announce that our youngest racer, Anthony Mazziotto III, 13, from Hammonton, NJ, has been given an invitation to tryout for the Red Bull Rookies Cup. The Red Bull Rookies Cup would be the equivalent of the Little League World Series All-Star Team so this is a big deal. Anthony will fly to Spain and spend a few days on the Circuito Monteblanco race course near Huelva, Spain October 18, 19, and hopefully 20th. Anthony and his family are very excited to have this opportunity and are looking forward to seeing how he will compare to the best young up and coming riders in the world. About Anthony Mazziotto III: Anthony is a Middle School Honor Roll Student and a member of the Cross Country running team. When he was three Anthony learned how to ride a bike without training wheels. When he was four he saw his first Moto-Cross competition. A few weeks later, after some careful consideration with his family and some firm ground rules, he entered his first motorcycle race. Always looking to improve his two-wheeled skill set and find more seat time, he graduated from MX to Hare Scrambles. Then, at age 8, he went road racing with NJ MiniGP. And it’s with road racing that Anthony settled in and found his stride. While the points are still tabulating for his multiple championships in 2013, Anthony already has 10 class road racing championships under his belt between NJ MiniGP and CCS from 2009-2012.
