This is a clarification, not a rule change.

In regards to rule book section 6.1.2.A, (6.1.2.A Original equipment wheels, brake calipers, forks, frame, engine, fuel induction system, and swing arm must be used.),it is permitted to modify or remove the front fender mounting brackets on inverted forks to facilitate the installation of the quick change hardware.
