AHRMA officials have just announced over the Public Address system that Vintage Motorcycle Festival races and all other spectator events scheduled for Sunday at Barber Motorsports Park have been cancelled in anticipation of the arrival of Tropical Storm Nate, which is forecast to become a Category 1 hurricane as it makes landfall tonight.

The featured Formula Thunder Pro Challenge race was moved from Sunday and ran this morning for the same reason.

The Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum will remain open, however.

More information will be posted as it becomes available.
