I brought a 2008 Yamaha R1 in 2008 and that was the spark that ignited my passion for motorcycles racing. Since that time I have not been without a motorcycle. I received a free track day with NESBA after the purchase of my 2008 R1. I used that credit at Carolina Motorsports Park in 2009. That experience fueled my enthusiasm and has helped me to go from Beginner to Intermediate. I then took Cornerspeed and got my racing licenses in 2010. After I received my racing licenses I started racing with WERA on a 2005 GSXR 750 in 2011. Then at the end of the 2012 season I brought a 2008 Yamaha R6 from Jamie James Production. This experience has allowed me to focus on improving my skills and refining my track appearance. Due to me being in the Army and deployments I haven't been able to complete a full season but with the war coming to an end I’m looking forward to contending and completing the 2014 racing season. I have now upgraded to a 2012 Yamaha R6 and look forward to making the most out of the 2014 racing season.
The start of my armature racing career was in 2010 on a 2005 GSXR 750 in the WERA Southeastern series. I then moved from the 750 to a 2008 Yamaha R6 from Jamie James Production. Was able to make to race weekends with that bike and ended them in mid pack. Due to a injury to my foot from work I had to call it a early season. Now I have transferred all my parts to a 2012 Yamaha R6 and look forward to moving to the front of the pack in the 2014 racing season.
• My goal is to compete in all North Eastern races and complete a full racing season in 2014 and be close to the front if not in the front of the pack and gain more experience through this racing season to move to the advance group.
